How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?

Our 16ft glamping tent can include a queen bed and two full beds comfortably. If you don’t mind getting cozy and sleeping that can fit about 6-8 glampers.

Can I reserve multiple outdoor tents and or days?

Yes! Depending on availability. Reach out to us for more information on reserving multiple tents and or days.

Do you pitch at campgrounds?

We can accommodate set ups at campgrounds, parks, or other public spaces IF special accommodations are made ahead of time. Contact us for info.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery & set up is included for within the Austin metro area. if you are outside metro city limits, contact us for more information.

When do you set up/tear down?

We always set up by 3pm and pick up after 10am the next day. Depending on travel logistics, we arrive for set up between 7am-1pm.

How does bedding work?

We provide a standard bed sheet, pillows, and a blanket for each bed.

How does the theater experience work?

Our in-tent theater comes with a projector that connects to your home wifi to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can receive a full refund if you contact us minimum 3 weeks (21 days) before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 3 weeks (21days) of your booking date, there is a 30% cancelation fee.

What if it rains?

The canvas tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule. Reschedule dates are based on availability.

Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?

We do not currently offer discounts on the nightly base rates. Add ons are a one-time fee for the total duration of the tent booking.
