Terms and Condition

-          Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for equipment to be set up. Our 16 ft bell tent needs 23FT of flat grass. We will not refund an event where adequate space is not available for setup. So please be sure there is space before booking.

 

-          Client is responsible for ensuring any/all water sprinklers have been turned off and the setup space is clean of debris, furniture, and or pet feces. We are not responsible for moving or cleaning the area where equipment is to be set up.

 

-          Client is responsible to ensure there are no drains, cables, gas lines, or other services buried beneath the surface or otherwise concealed. Elite Glamping, LLC DOES NOT take responsibility for any damages to the site. So please ensure your site is safe to drill tent stakes deep into the ground.

 

-          Smoking is NOT permitted.  Smoking inside our tents will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.00.

 

-          All children need a spill-proof drinking cup. Please be mindful of drinks and food as you will be charged a cleaning fee if any stains occur during your rental. Treat the tent like it is yours and be respectful of snacks and popcorn spills. Please be responsible and respectful of our property.

 

-          NO PETS inside or directly around the tent. While we love our fur babies little fido may think the tent is a fire hydrate and pee on it. This will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.00.

 

-          For your safety, absolutely no hanging or leaning on the center pole or any parts of the tents or rental equipment.

 

-          NO OPEN FLAMES INSIDE THE TENT. Candles with flames are not permitted inside our tents, battery-powered lanterns will be provided to you.

         Fire pits and open flames should be a safe distance from the bell tents and should not be left unattended.

 

-          NO REFUND will be issued due to WEATHER. Our tents are 100% rainproof. If it is light rain we will set up as normal. However, if there is severe wind or lightning, we may reschedule your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability. 

 

 

DAMAGES:

 

The client is responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of Elite Glamping’s, LLC equipment from completion of erection until dismantling.

 

ANY damage to the property of Elite Glamping, LLC will result in additional fees. Depending on the damage there may be a cleaning fee of $150.00 or the total cost of the equipment if the item could not be restored and or repaired. 

 

Please keep items that will stain, or damage our fabrics and linens out of the tents. Some of these items include paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, food, or slime.

 

The client will be held entirely financially responsible for any defacing of our property.

 

LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES:

 

Elite Glamping, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss, or damage to the property during your rental or delivery period. In the event of damage or loss of our company’s inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. We are NOT responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

 

CANCELATIONS:

Should the client wish to cancel, they may do so as long as they cancel 3-weeks prior (21 days) to the event for a full refund, anything after that 3-week (21 days) period will incur a cancelation fee of 30%.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT:

Elite Glamping, LLC has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the party agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies BEFORE reserving your party.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Should you agree that Elite Glamping, LLC may photograph your event, Elite Glamping, LLC reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Elite Glamping, LLC, in perpetuity, and for other use by Elite Glamping, LLC. We will respect your privacy, and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, addresses, or personal information be used.
